Mac & Bone Recap Panthers Upset of Rams

Despite being 10-point underdogs and virtually without their starting back seven, the Panthers pulled off an upset of the LA Rams, which entered the game on a six-game win streak and had emerged in some people’s minds as the best team in the NFL. Bryce Young may have thrown for three touchdowns in the 31-28 win, but it was the commitment and the execution in the run game that allowed everything to happen in the passing game, as for the first time this season, Carolina got contributions from both Rico Dowdle and Chuba Hubbard. Factor that, with three turnovers forced, and it was the perfect recipe for an upset win, setting the stage for a fun Mac & Bone recap this morning on WFNZ.
